Devendra Fadnavis, the deputy chief minister of Maharashtra, met with President Prithvirajsing Roopun and Prime Minister Pravind Kumar Jugnauth of Mauritius when he was there. To guarantee that Marathi-speaking Mauritius residents may keep in contact with their ancestral home, Fadnavis pledged to establish a dedicated cell. He also advised us on how to strengthen the relationship between Maharashtra and Mauritius. The deputy chief minister also had meetings with a number of other national leaders.
