A horrific road accident has happened in Pune, Maharashtra. A speeding car hit the scooty from behind. After this, a seven-year-old child riding a scooty was dragged for 800 meters. Because of this he died a painful death. The accident is of Dighi Alandi Road, Pune.
Actually, at around nine o’clock in the night, Parth Pranav Bhosle and his mother were going from Charoli Chowk towards Dighi by scooty. During this, the high speed car driver who was intoxicated hit him hard from behind. Due to this the woman fell from the scooty and the child came under the car.
The car driver dragged the seven-year-old child for about 800 meters. Due to this he died a painful death. At the same time, the child’s mother was seriously injured in the accident. The people present there thrashed the driver out of the car and informed the police. This incident was captured in CCTV camera.
Police Inspector Machindra Pandit told that the police reached the spot as soon as the information about the incident was received. During interrogation, it was found that the woman was going on a scooty with the child. Then the car hit hard from behind. The child fell from the car. After this, the car rider dragged him for about one kilometer. Police has started further action by taking the accused Rahul Tapkir into custody.
