After this he decided to form the government with BJP. During this, where Eknath Shinde got a chance to become the Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis became the Deputy Chief Minister. After this, now the leader of NCP and then the leader of opposition Ajit Pawar rebelled in NCP. He also decided to join the government along with some MLAs. In this, Ajit Pawar again became the Deputy Chief Minister for the fifth time, while 8 other members of NCP got a chance to become ministers.
MLA of Shinde faction angry?
Some MLAs of the Shinde faction are angry with the leaders of the Nationalist Congress Party being given ministerial posts. Because it was expected that in this cabinet expansion, some MLAs of Shinde faction would get a chance for ministerial post. However, NCP MLAs were given ministerial berths. The Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister are saying that the cabinet will be expanded soon. It is also expected that this would have been discussed in the night meeting.
