On Saturday morning in Thane, Maharashtra, two people in a high-end automobile had a tight escape when it caught fire and was entirely destroyed, according to a municipal official.
According to him, the event happened in the city’s Manpada neighborhood at 7.15 am.
“The automobile immediately caught fire as it drew near the building’s lobby. According to Yasin Tadvi, head of the Thane Municipal Corporation’s Regional Disaster Management Cell (RDMC), two of the car’s passengers were able to quickly leap out.
He said that they are both secure.
The fire was put out after the fire department and RDMC staff were called to the scene. But by that point, the automobile had been reduced to ashes, he claimed.
The official said that the fire’s origin is the subject of an investigation.
