New information is coming out day by day in BJP leader Sana Khan murder case. This matter which started from Nagpur has reached Narsinghpur via Jabalpur. During investigation, the name of Congress MLA Sanjay Sharma from Tendukheda assembly constituency of Madhya Pradesh surfaced. So the Mankapur police called Sharma for questioning. After this he reached Nagpur on Thursday. Sanjay Sharma, who came out after questioning, told himself innocent in conversation with reporters. Also, the MLA said that he has nothing to do with this matter.
Congress MLA Sanjay Sharma said that the police wanted information about the massacre in Jabalpur. Amit Sahu, the accused in this case, used to work with me 10 to 15 years ago. He was familiar. That’s why the police wanted information about this. I have nothing to do with this matter. He further said that he has not met Amit Sahu for the last four-five years. He met me after the murder but at that time I had no knowledge of the case.
While answering the question of his relation with Ravi Shankar Yadav arrested in connection with this murder, the Congress MLA said that Yadav is a contractor of Jabalpur. I know them. Apart from him, I have nothing to do with anyone. Speaking about Sana Khan, MLA Sharma said that I do not know Sana Khan. I have never met her. Nor have ever spoken to her on the telephone. MLA Sharma, who reached Nagpur, was made to sit in the DCP Zone 2 office by the police and interrogated. The police questioned the MLA for about two hours. During this, the MLA and both the accused were interrogated by sitting face to face. The mother of the deceased Sana was also present in the police office.
Talking on the matter, DCP Rahul Madane said that the name of the MLA came to the fore during the investigation. Subsequently, he was issued a notice to join the investigation. In this connection, he had reached here. The MLA has cooperated during the investigation. For the time being, he has been asked to leave, but if needed in future, he will be called again for questioning.
