After a dispute with the Shinde faction, the BJP has staked claim on the Thane and Kalyan seats. As soon as the leaders claimed that both Thane and Kalyan Lok Sabha constituencies belong to them and will remain so, the office bearers and workers present in the meeting retaliated by shouting slogans. With the aim of promoting various schemes implemented by the Modi government in nine years, BJP has organized a rally in Thane Lok Sabha constituency today i.e. on Sunday. A large number of BJP office bearers, booth heads, Shakti Kendra heads and all six assembly constituencies of Thane Lok Sabha constituency were present in this meeting.
The office bearers and workers raised loud slogans in the meeting. MLA Sanjay Kelkar claimed that Thane, Kalyan and Palghar constituencies belonged to BJP and will remain so. The office bearers and workers present responded by raising loud slogans. Some people are pretending that we are working to make Narendra Modi the Prime Minister again. Without taking his name, Kelkar advised MP Shrikant Shinde to implement the schemes brought by Prime Minister Modi instead of making such frivolous allegations. He also claimed that without BJP no one can get elected in these districts.
Thane Lok Sabha constituency is not difficult, it has great organizational strength and loyal party workers. That’s why they want to show their opponents that Thane district has always belonged to BJP. Minister Ravindra Chavan reminded that Thane district is a BJP stronghold. We have a fight for existence here and BJP workers should not be weak in this fight. They should not give up their resolve. They should go to the booth and fight their battle. For this we should be very proud of the party.
