Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut on Thursday said the country has accepted the leadership of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and is looking forward to him. Speaking to the media, he said that Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra has left a deep impression among the public and he will launch another similar yatra in the west-east direction.
Raut said, “The country has accepted him as a non-controversial, capable leader. People love Rahul Gandhi, they want to work under his leadership.” However, he made it clear that all the national opposition parties will sit together and discuss all aspects to end the differences between some parties.
28 parties are participating in the meeting
Raut’s comments came a few hours before the meeting of opposition alliance I.N.D.I.A. This time a total of 28 parties will participate in this meeting to be held today and tomorrow at the Grand Hyatt Five Star Hotel in the country’s financial capital Mumbai, which will be two more than the previous meeting held in Bengaluru. This evening, leaders of opposition parties will gather at the hotel and then dinner will be held there. During this there will be an informal conversation. The dinner is being organized by Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray.
