A road accident has come to light in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. Here a truck hit two motorcycles. In this accident, three people of the same family were killed and two others were injured.
Giving information about the incident on Monday, the police said that these accidents took place in Rajura tehsil of Chandrapur district on Sunday evening. Rajura police station officer Vishal Nagargoje said that the truck going from Sasti to Rajura first rammed a motorcycle in which two people were traveling. Both have got injuries.
According to the police, after going a short distance, the truck rammed into another motorcycle near a petrol pump, in which three people lost their lives. Nilesh Vaidya, resident of Gurudev Nagar of Rajura tehsil, wife Rupali and their three-year-old girl died on the spot while returning home in a two-wheeler, the official said. Police said that the truck driver has been arrested. Along with this, the police has started further action by sending the dead body for postmortem.
