Mira Road: A shocking incident has taken place in Gitanagar area of Mira Road. It has come to light that Manoj Sahani (age 55), a resident of Geeta Akashdeep Complex here, brutally murdered Saraswati Vaidya (age 32), a woman living in the live-in with him. After killing Saraswati, Manoj cut her body into several pieces and disposed of the body. However, all these cases have come to light before that. Residents of the building became suspicious due to the stench coming from Manoj’s flat. So he called the police. When the police entered Manoj’s flat on Wednesday night, the scene was horrifying. As soon as they stepped into the house, the police saw both feet of Saraswati Vaidya. In the subsequent investigation, it has come to light that Manoj has so far disposed of half of Saraswati’s dead body.
While investigating all these cases, now one by one the sequence of events and other details of the murder have started to emerge. According to police estimates, Manoj may have killed Saraswati Vaidya on Sunday. Manoj must have strangled him to death. Manoj then cut Saraswati’s body into pieces with the help of a saw. The accused would cut Manoj’s body into pieces and put the pieces in a pressure cooker, boil them and then grind them in a mixer. He would fill these pieces in a bag and throw them in the drain behind the building. He used to use his bike for this. The police have seized the weapon and bike used by Manoj in the crime
While investigating the matter, the citizens told the police an important story. For the last two-three days, Manoj had suddenly started feeding the dogs in the surrounding area. Manoj Sahani had never fed dogs before. Therefore, the police suspect that the food that Manoj was feeding the dogs must have contained the chopped pieces of Saraswati Vaidya’s body. The police have now started searching where Manoj has dumped the body parts of Saraswati Vaidya. Police have not found Saraswati Vaidya’s head yet. Therefore, the challenge of finding all these things is now in front of the police.
