The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is now preparing to crack down on terrorists and gangsters. NIA is now going to run a campaign against the terrorist-gangster syndicate in collaboration with Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh police.
A meeting was held in Panchkula, Haryana on Friday under the chairmanship of NIA Director General Dinkar Gupta. In which officers of intelligence agencies including DGPs of Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh participated. In the meeting, planning was done to fight against the increasing crime and criminal activities in North India.
Joint committee was formed
A joint committee has been formed to take action against the terrorist-gangster syndicate. NIA Director General Dinkar Gupta discussed with the officials about the activities of leaders and members of criminal syndicates and groups operating in the states of North India. It has been decided in this meeting that now such meetings will be held every month. In which the next planning against the terrorist-gangster syndicate will be discussed.
Expressed concern over rising criminal incidents
In the meeting, Haryana Police, Punjab Police, Chandigarh Police have expressed concern about increasing criminal incidents. During this, NIA Director Dinkar Gupta insisted these officers to work fast to stop the activities of gangsters and criminal organizations. At the same time, Punjab’s DGP Gaurav Yadav, Chandigarh DGP Parveer Ranjan and Haryana’s DGP PK Aggarwal insisted on coordination between all the states. He said that mutual coordination is necessary to break the terrorist-gangster syndicate.
Charge sheet filed against 26 gangsters
Let us tell you that the NIA has filed a charge sheet in the court against 26 gangsters in Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh. In which the names of other gangsters including gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldie Brar, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, Sachin Bishnoi, Anmol Bishnoi alias Bhanu, Sandeep Jhanjharia alias Kala Jatheri are included.
