As Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah prepares to deliver his record-breaking 14th budget on Friday, all eyes will be on him.
The CM must include funding for the five assurances that his Congress party promised before to the assembly elections, therefore the budget takes importance.
The state exchequer is anticipated to incur yearly expenses of over Rs 60,000 crore for the execution of the five election assurances.
Announcing such severe austerity measures was what the Chief Minister had previously promised.
He made a suggestion that this year’s budget would be roughly Rs 3.35 lakh crore.
