Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis took a jibe at the meeting of opposition parties in Patna, saying that Uddhav Thackeray, who used to raise questions about BJP’s alliance with Mehbooba Mufti, is sitting with her today.
BJP will win more seats than before
Devendra Fadnavis said that everyone is trying to bring their respective families into power. Such efforts were made in 2019 and are doing the same in 2024. But under the leadership of Moji ji, BJP will come to power again by winning more seats than before. He said that the opposition has given the name ‘Modi Hatayen’ but this alliance is to save the family.
Opposition parties meeting in Patna
Let us tell you that a meeting of opposition leaders is going on in Patna to brainstorm on the strategy to form a strong front to give a tough challenge to the BJP in the next Lok Sabha elections. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav are hosting the meeting. This meeting is being held at Chief Minister’s residence ‘1 Anne Marg’.
Health plan in Maharashtra
On the other hand, on the discussion with Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, Fadnavis said that there was talk about the problem being faced by the central government in implementing the Arogya Yojana in Maharashtra. There was also discussion about the cover of 5 lakhs from the Centre. It will cover 1900 types of diseases. People will get the benefit of this scheme even if they do not have a card.
A total of Rs 3000 crore has been given for this. This will help in preparing the infrastructure along with launching and implementing the project properly. We will be able to give one crore cards to the people by the month of August. The center will provide health cover of 5 lakh to 12 crore people.
