The news surprised many people, and some of them wondered if the message was real or not. Poonam’s team also confirmed the information, stating in an interview with News18 that “she passed away last night.” Parul Chawla, Poonam’s manager, has also confirmed the news of the model’s death.

We are so heartbroken to inform you that our dearly adored Poonam has passed away as a result of malignant cervical cancer. Every living thing that ever came into contact with her was greeted with unadulterated love and kindness. During this time of sorrow, we would want to respectfully request privacy as we remember her with fondness for everything that we had in common. In addition, her team revealed to News18 that “she passed away last night.”
