A crucial episode of WWE NXT was released last night in advance of the highly anticipated NXT Battleground event. The second round of the “NXT” Women’s Tournament included two bouts on this week’s WWE NXT program. To advance to the finals, Roxanne Perez faced Tiffany Stratton with the intention of winning back the NXT Women’s Championship. Cora Jade competed against Lyra Valkyria in the NXT Women’s Tournament’s second match. To become the next NXT Women’s Champion, the victors of the two matches will square off at the “NXT” Battleground later this month. On the other side, Nathan Frazer made his way back to NXT action yesterday. Noam Dar was the opponent in Frazer’s comeback fight.
Lyra Valkyria against Cora Jade
The first match of this week’s WWE NXT program featured Cora Jade and Lyra Valkyria. Jade put forth a terrific performance, but she was unable to prevail. Valkyria fought valiantly, but ultimately triumphed over her foe. Yesterday, Valkyria delivered a shock roundhouse kick to seal her triumph.
Dabba-Kato vs. Axiom
On Tuesday, Axiom did make an effort to defeat Dabba-Kato, but his struggle was in vain. Last night, Axiom was choked by a two-handed attack and had to admit defeat.

Another fight ensued, and this time, it was undoubtedly the superior fighter who lost. Thorpe was able to run into Tyler Driver 98 and reverse clothesline, but he was unable to stop the subsequent wave of assaults. Tyler Driver’s 98 ultimately forced Thorpe to admit defeat.
Nathan Frazer vs. Noam Dar
On this week’s NXT program, Nathan Frazer defeated Noam Dar, but the NXT Heritage Cup Champion needed some outside assistance to get the victory. Thanks to Dragon Lee’s assistance, Frazer beat Dar via pinfall.
Tank Ledger vs. Hank Walker
Despite being brief, the battle between Tank Ledger and Hank Walker was able to captivate the WWE audience. Yesterday, Walker prevailed by pinning Ledger after covering him.
Von Wagner vs. Luca Crusifino
Von Wagner made a good impression but ended up losing because of a disqualification. Wagner’s constant pressure compelled the match referee to rule him out.
Tiffany Stratton vs. Roxanne Perez
