Nagpur: The bodies of three missing children have been found from Farooq Nagar under Pachpavali Police Station. The bodies of three children were found in an old car parked near the house. According to preliminary information received, the children sat in the car while playing and locked the door from inside. All three are suspected to have died of heat stroke and suffocation. On getting the information, Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar along with police officers and police force reached there in large numbers.
Three children Taufiq Feroze Khan (4), Alia Feroze Khan (6) and Afrin Irshad Khan (6) suddenly went missing while they were playing at the Farooq Nagar ground in Teka Naka on Saturday afternoon. As the children did not return till late, the relatives started searching for them. As it was not found in it, a missing complaint was lodged with the Pachapavali police. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the police have started searching for the children.
According to preliminary information received, around 7 pm on Sunday, when the search operation was underway, people were passing by when they could smell the stench from the cars parked there. After this, when the car was opened, the bodies of three children were found there. The information about the bodies of the children was immediately given to the Pachpavali police. As soon as the information was received, police commissioner Amitesh Kumar along with a large number of police personnel reached there.
According to information received, there was a breakdown in the car. And the car was parked there for the past several days. The car door was also damaged. The area where this incident took place is the area of weavers. Parents of deceased children are also weavers. Although the children died of suffocation, the police have registered a case under section 174 of kidnapping and further investigation is underway.
