A traffic warning has been issued by the Mumbai Police for commuters going from Bandra to Dahisar. In order to go to Dahisar from Bandra during evening rush hour, the authorities suggest using “S.V. Road and New Link Road as much as feasible.” “As road construction along the Northbound Dudhsagar Road under the Dindoshi Traffic Division continues” (Goregaon East). According to a post by the Mumbai Police, those traveling from Bandra to Dahisar during evening rush hour should utilize S.V. Road and New Link Road as much as feasible.
In order to reduce congestion, the order also forbids the passage of any kind of vehicle near Mohan Gokhale/Oberoi Mall on Dudhasagar Road. The limitations will be in force until May 31.
Sane Guruji Marg, N/B Road was being repaired and cementing was taking place, according to earlier information from the Mumbai Police. Because of this, the government has prohibited car entrance and parking at Sane Guruji, Marg Satrasta Junction, and Chinchpokli Junction. To minimize people’s annoyance, the decision will remain in effect until May 5.
The Dadar metro construction has already prompted a traffic alert from Mumbai Police. According to a news statement from the police, traffic from Lt. Anna Tipnis Chowk (Steelman Junction) to Gadkari Chowk would be hampered because of the construction of the underground Dadar Metro Railway station by the Mumbai Metro Rail Company Ltd. (MMRCL) as part of Metro line 3, project -4.
The circular stated that both sides of the road prohibited the parking of vehicles at all times, and that there would be no vehicular traffic entering Ranade Road from Senapati Bapat statue in the direction of Steelman Junction, and that the road would remain one way for vehicles traveling from Steelman junction in the direction of Senap.
To get to their desired location, vehicles traveling northbound on Gokhale Road from the Portuguese Church must turn left at Lt. Anna Tipnis Chowk (Steelman Junction), then proceed through Ranade Road, Dadasaheb Rege Road, and Gadkari Junction. The limitations are in effect until March 23, 2024.
