In response to a question on the picture of NCP founder Sharad Pawar and Praful Patel, who is today associated with the Ajit Pawar group, the deputy CM declined to comment.
I’m often questioned by the media about images, but I don’t want to respond. I’m here to respond to inquiries about development, he said.
Ajit Pawar said that the state administration supports providing Maratha and Dhangar community people with reservations.
“All efforts are being made to take a decision within the framework of law and to ensure that quotas of other communities are not affected,” he said.
When asked about the status of the Pimpri to Nigdi metro expansion, he responded that the project has already reached Delhi.
“On the filing, just one minister’s signature is required. I shall meet the relevant (minister) when I go to Delhi and complete the assignment. Residents in the regions from Nigdi to Katraj will see a new step toward realizing their desire of living in the metropolis, he said.
