With the release of Mrs. Chatterjee Vs. Norway, Rani Mukerji will return to the big screen. The movie is set to be out on March 17, and the teaser has generated a lot of interest in Rani Mukerji’s portrayal. On Wednesday, numerous celebrities, including Katrina Kaif, Kapil Sharma, and Kiara Advani, were sighted at a special screening of the judicial drama. Now, Kiara Advani has written a thorough review of the movie.
On Thursday, Kiara shared the movie’s poster and a kind message on her Instagram stories. “A heartbreaking narrative,” it read. You’re the finest, Rani Mukherjee (with red heart emoji). A strong narrative and outstanding performances go out to the whole crew. Knowing that there are families who experience this hurts my heart, yet a mother has amazing strength. The whole crew deserves praise for sharing this tale.
In the film, Rani Mukerji represents a mother’s strength. The real-life experiences of Sagarika Bhattacharya, who through agonizing battles after having her children stolen from her, and then battled back against all obstacles to regain custody of them, served as the basis for the novel.
Rani revealed during a recent pre-release screening of the movie in Mumbai how astonished she was by how her husband, the director Aditya Chopra, responded to the movie. “After seeing the movie, he was really astonished. He was really impacted, and I don’t believe I’ve ever seen him react to a movie this way. When Yash (Chopra; filmmaker) uncle went away, it was the final time I saw him in that manner. He is a father now, therefore it is apparent that the tale affected him, she had remarked.
He was quite charming, Rani said further. He hugged me on the side instead of the front, like if I were his kid, and said, “Well done!” I offered him my gratitude. He gave me a hug as if it were one of the many young people he is developing at YRF. That was a memorable occasion.
Mrs. Chatterjee Vs. Norway, directed by Ashima Chibber and produced by Zee Studios and Emmay Productions (Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, and Nikkhil Advani), is scheduled to hit theaters on March 17, 2023.
