A 17 year old boy killed his mother with an ax in Palghar district in Maharashtra. A 17-year-old boy hacked his mother to death with an ax for texting someone else on her phone. The incident took place on Sunday night in Parole area of Vasai township.
Inspector Ashok Kamble of Mandvi police station said the boy was suspicious of his mother Sonali Gogra’s character and the two often argued over the matter. While having dinner on Sunday night, the boy noticed that his mother was messaging someone. He got angry seeing this. He then took out an ax and killed his mother.
Other members of the house were not present during the incident. The injured woman was immediately taken to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead. Police said that the dead body has been sent for post mortem at present. The boy has been booked under section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code.
