A case has been registered against 10-15 people, including Raj Surve, son of Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) MLA Prakash Surve, for abducting the CEO of a music company at gunpoint in Mumbai. It is alleged that the people of Raj Surve had abducted the complainant.
As per the FIR, the complainant was abducted and taken to the MLA’s office. After that he was made to sign some documents at gunpoint. The local police intervened and managed to rescue the complainant, following which a case was registered under kidnapping and Arms Act.
CCTV footage of this incident has also come to the fore, in which it can be seen that 10-15 people barge into an office, beat up the employees and forcibly take a man away.
It is worth noting that Raj Surve, son of Shinde faction MLA Prakash Surve, is not in this CCTV. The people seen in the video are the people of Raj Surve. These people took the CEO of the music company to Raj Surve’s office, where he himself was present.
