Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Wednesday held a brainstorming session on the recent advances in the certification and ranking systems.
The Ministry of Education said in a series of tweets that it was necessary to create a transparent, accountable, objective, method-driven system of evaluation, certification, and rating of HEIs using a digital platform.
Focusing on ease of doing business, numerous metrics for various categories of institutions were discussed, matching with NEP 2020’s goal and assisting students in making educated selections of institutions/programs. Internet recommendations from the public domain began, it was added.
Transformative measures to support HEIs (higher education institutions) throughout the nation were discussed.
