Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Nitesh Rane attacked Shiv Sena (UBT) supremo Uddhav Thackeray and MP Sanjay Raut in a press conference on Friday. Rane said that Uddhav and Rane have converted, so their Muslim love has awakened. Rane said that Uddhav has a history of extortion and even his perfume comes from abroad. On the other hand, speaking on the Trimbakeshwar Temple controversy, Rane said that the insistence on offering the chadar is happening because once the chadar is offered, the entire temple will belong to them (Muslims).
Rane said, ‘Uddhav’s history is of extortion. We have been with him for 39 years. From cleaning clothes to vehicles and perfumes, duty free comes from abroad. His life has been of extortion. Uddhav and Sanjay Raut have converted, that’s why Muslim love has awakened in them. That’s why they are raising questions on cow urine and calling Hindus troublemakers. Sanjay Raut says that only Hindus are doing the work of spreading riots, they are defaming Hindus, so I have challenged them to go alone.’
Rane said that Sanjay Raut has vowed to finish Shiv Sena. He said, “Ever since Pritish Nandy was given the MP ticket from Shiv Sena and Sanjay Raut was denied, he has vowed to finish Shiv Sena and is engaged in that.” While speaking on the Trimbakeshwar temple controversy, Rane said, ‘There is an insistence on offering chadar in Trimbakeshwar temple because once a chadar is offered then the whole temple will belong to them. They want to capture Chhatrapati Shivaji’s fort by encroachment in the same way.’
Rane said, “We fully support the demand being made for the survey of Trimbakeshwar dargah. Not only Trimbakeshwar, all the dargahs or mosques where questions are being raised should be surveyed so that the truth comes out. If it is a dargah or a mosque, let them get it, otherwise it should be given to us.’ On MVA’s claim of winning 35 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, Rane said Shiv Sena had won 19 seats last time by putting up Modi’s picture, this time It is not possible for MVA to win.
