In the meeting, Uddhav Thackeray has ordered his workers and office bearers that elections can be held anytime. So start preparing from now. Workers and office bearers of Kalyan, Ambernath, Kalwa, Borivali, Dahisar were present in this meeting. On this occasion, Uddhav Thackeray gave three important instructions to his workers. In view of the upcoming BMC and Lok Sabha elections, there has been a stir in the Uddhav Thackeray faction.
Uddhav Thackeray’s three important orders to Shiv Sainiks are – Be prepared to make choices. Elections can be held at any time; Contact the people whose names have been deleted from the voter list; Solve the problem by contacting those whose documents have problems.
On the other hand, an important meeting of MLAs of Mahavikas Aghadi has been organized in Mumbai today. All MLAs of Mahavikas Aghadi will be present in this meeting. The meeting is likely to discuss the upcoming Lok Sabha and BMC elections as well as the developments taking place in the state over the last few days.
The Supreme Court declined urgent hearing of a petition filed against the Election Commission’s decision to recognize the Shinde faction as the original Shiv Sena and give it the party symbol. Advocate Amit Anand Tiwari requested the urgent hearing on this matter befor a bench headed by Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, Justice J.B. Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra are also there.
The petition claims that the Election Commission erred in holding that disqualification under the Tenth Schedule and proceedings under the Election Symbols Order pertain to different fields and disqualification of legislators is not based on termination of membership of a political party. The Election Commission made a mistake in assuming that the Shiv Sena has split.
